Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator in describing the welfare of society a country. MMR Indonesia 2020 has increased compared to 2019. In 2019, East Java Province reached 89.81 per 100,000 live births. This figure will increase 98.39 An important issue Malang Regency related maternal and child health high MMR. Preeclampsia 3rd largest case along with cases infection postpartum bleeding. The purpose this research was see description determinants associated incidence preeclampsia find most dominant causing Kanjuruhan Hospital, Regency. type descriptive documentation study approach from medical records RSUD Malang. analysis technique used analysis. results showed that age data pregnant women were risk (more than 35 years) as many 28 mothers (56%), distance between pregnancies mostly more 2 years (64%), highest parity multipara (68%), had never an abortion (72%) gestational term (76%). Factors determine are age, gestation interval, age. Further needed other factors cause preeclampsia.
